At KAIROVA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The book must be returned in its original packaging where possible.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Most refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, KAIROVA will cover the return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital products or downloadable content (if applicable)
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

If your order has already been shipped, you'll need to wait until it arrives and then follow our return process.
